All terms and Conditions will be discussed and agreed via a Contract which will be signed by both yourself and me as the Counsellor. You will recieve a copy of this Contract. As the client you will be made aware of how I mange your personal information, Your name will not appear on any notes I make, my notes will be brief and specific to what was discussed at each session and used just as a reminder for myself. There will be a code number attached to your name and this will be locked away separate from these notes.
